       Macromedia Freehand is a designing programs. It is a vector base programs which pixels does not loss. It provides us to freely draw the logo or other designing as your requirement.

How to open the Freehand programs

Steps,

1)            Click on start menu

2)            Click on programs

3)            Click on macromedia

4)            Choose the Freehand of list

Working with tools of toolbox

* [   ] Pointer tool:- This tool is used to select, move, resize and skew the drawing object as your requirement.

* [   ] Sub select tool:- This tool is also used to select, move, resize and ungroup the grouping object of page.

* [   ] Page tool:- This tool is used to resize the page at required size.

* [   ] Lasso tool:- This tool is used to select the only node point add object of page for move or delete.

* [   ] Eyedropper tool:- This tool is used to choose the color from designing area and also fill the color other object.

·      [  ] Text tool:- This tool is used to type the text in page area at required size and style.

* [   ] Pen tool:- This tool is used to draw the object by clicking mouse what type shape you want to draw.

* [   ] Bezigon tool:- This tool also used to draw the shape by clicking mouse like pen tool.

* [   ] Pencil tool:- This tool is used to draw the freely single or double line shape in page area.

To draw the double line shape

-       Double click the mouse

-       Choose the calligraphic option of box

-       Click on ok button

-       Drag the mouse in page area

* [   ] Line tool:- This tool is used to draw the vertically or horizontally line in page area.

* [   ] Rectangular tool:- This tool is used to draw the rectangular or rounded rectangular shape in page area.

To draw rounded corner shape

-       Double click the mouse with select rectangular tool

-       Rounded corner windows will appear

-       Define the corner side value

-       Click on ok button

-       Finally drag the mouse in page area

* [   ] Polygon tool:- This tool is used to draw the polygon or star shape in page area.

To draw the star shape

-       Double click the mouse with select polygon tool

-       Polygon windows will appear

-       Choose the star option

-       Define the star and side value

-       Click on ok button

-       Finally drag mouse in page area

·      [  ] Ellipse tool:- This tool is used to draw the circle or oval shape in page area.

* [   ] Spiral tool:- This tool is used to draw  the rounded style line shape where you define number of rounded step value.

To rounded step value

-       Double click the mouse with select spiral tool

-       Spiral windows will appear

-       Define the number of value

-       Click on ok button

-       Finally drag the mouse in page area

·      [  ] Perspective tool:- This tool is used to insert the perspective grid box in page which is see and draw the angle.

To show or hide the Perspective grid box

Steps,

1)            Click on view menu

2)            Click on perspective grid

3)            Choose the show of list

4)            Choose the perspective tool from toolbox

5)            Drag the mouse with select grid box

·      [ ] Freeform tool:- This tool is used to resize the object from pointed object area according to drag mouse.

Steps,

1)            Choose the Freeform tool from toolbox

2)            Drag the mouse with select object for resize

·      [ ] Scale tool:- This tool is used to resize the drawing object which object height and width change according to drag mouse.

Steps,

1)            At first draw the object

2)            Choose the scale tool from toolbox

3)            Drag the mouse with select object

·      [ ] Rotate tool:- This tool is used to freely rotate the text or object at required angle by dragging mouse.

Steps,

1)            At first choose the text or object

2)            Choose the rotate tool from toolbox

3)            Drag the mouse with select object or text which you want to rotate

·      [ ] Reflect tool:- This tool is used to rotate the object horizontally according to drag mouse.

Steps,

1)            At first draw the object

2)            Choose the reflect tool from toolbox

3)            Click the mouse in object area

·      [ ] Skew tool:- This tool is used to skew the one side of drawing object where you drag the mouse.

Steps,

1)            At first draw the object

2)            Choose the skew tool from toolbox

3)            Drag the mouse with select object

·      [  ] Trace tool:- This tool is used to copy the required image area pixels of photo.

Steps,

1)            At first open the photo

2)            Choose the Trace tool from toolbox

3)            Drag the mouse in photo area

4)            Drag the mouse with select photo area where you put

·      [] Slice tool:- This tool is used to divide the object multiple part where you drag mouse.

Steps,

1)            At first draw the object

2)            Choose the slice tool from tool box

3)            Drag the mouse in object area which you want to divide

·      [ ] Hand tool:- This tool is used to scrolling the page at required position by dragging mouse.

Steps,

1)            At first choose the Hand tool

2)            Drag the mouse with select page

·      [ ] Zoom tool:- This tool is used to increasing or decreasing the zoom size of page according to click mouse.

1)            At first choose the zoom tool

2)            Click the mouse in page area

·      [ ] Line color:- This tool is used to change the line or stroke color of drawing object.

1)            At first draw the object and select

2)            Click on line color

3)            Choose the color of box

·      [ ] Fill color :- This tool is used to change the fill color of drawing object according to select color.

Steps,

1)            At first choose the drawing object

2)            Choose the fill color of toolbox    

·      Inspector :- This tool bar is used to change the font, stroke, size, style, document and fill style of drawing object.

To show or hide the Inspector object toolbar

Steps,

1)            Click on windows menu

2)            Click on inspector

3)            Choose the object name of list which you want to show or hide

·      Object:- It is used to change the drawing object size, and corner style according to define value.

·      Stroke :- It is used to change the stroke size and style and stroke effects according to you select.

·      Fill :- It is used to change the fill style of drawing object according to choose fill style.

·      Text:- It is used to change the font, size, style, line spacing, character spacing, text effects of selected text of page.

·      Document :- It is used to change the document orientation(tall or wide) and page according to you choose.

·      Xtra toolbar:- To show or hide the xtra toolbar from windows.

Working with tools of toolbar

·      [  ] Arc tool:- This tool is used to draw the arc or curve style line shape in page area.

·      [  ] Fisheye lens tool:- This tool is used to put the node point at pointed object area where you drag mouse.

·      [  ] 3D rotation tool:- This tool is used to freely rotate the object at required position according to drag mouse.

·      [  ] Spiral tool:- This tool is used to draw the multi side line shape where you define number line value as your requirement.

·      [  ] Smudge tool:- This tool is used to increasing the pointed object according to drag mouse.

Steps,

1)            At first draw the object

2)            Choose the smudge tool from toolbox

3)            Drag the mouse with select object

·      [  ] Eyedropper tool:- This tool is used to select and fill the color of another object where you put color.

·      [  ] Shadow tool :- This tool is used to give the shadow effect at pointed object.

·      [  ] Roughen brush tool:- This tool is used to cut the outline of drawing object according to drag mouse.

2)            Choose the Roughen brush tool from toolbox

3)            Drag the mouse with select object

·      [  ] Reflect tool:- This tool is used make the duplicate and which object horizontally rotate.

·      [  ] Graphic house:- This tool is used to draw the art style shape which shape style choose from box.

1)            At first choose the tool

2)            Click the mouse in page area

·      [  ] Chart tool:- This tool is used to make the chart in page area.

1)            At first choose the chart tool from toolbar

2)            Drag the mouse in page area

3)            Choose the Chart style of box

4)            Type the data in Chart area

5)            Finally click on ok button

·      [  ] Bend tool:- This tool is used to modify the drawing object according to click mouse.

2)            Choose the Blend tool from toolbox

3)            Drag the mouse with select drawing object

·      Panels :- It is used to show or hide the panels from windows which is used to change the object or text. Panels are: Layers, style, Swatches, Navigation, Color Mixer, tints, Halftones, Align and transform. 

To show or hide the panels from windows

Steps,

1)            Click on windows menu

2)            Click on panels

3)            Choose the panels which you want to show or hide

·      Text toolbar :- To show or hide the text toolbar from windows which is used to change the font, size, style, character, attach text etc.

1)            Click on windows menu

2)            Click on toolbar

3)            Choose the Text from list

·      Envelop toolbar :- This tool bar is used to change the drawing shape different style which style choose from toolbar.

To show or hide the Envelop toolbar

Steps,

1)            Click on windows menu

2)            Click on toolbar

3)            Choose the Envelop of list

·      Ruler :- To show or hide the page ruler from page.

Steps,

1)            Click on view menu

2)            Click on Ruler

·      Magnification:- It is used to display the page different zoom size which size choose as your requirement.

1)            Click on view menu

2)            Click on Magnification

3)            Choose the zoom size of list

·      Toolbar :- To show or hide the toolbar from windows.

Steps,

1)            Click on view menu

2)            Click on toolbar

·      Grids :- To show or hide the grid box from windows.

Steps,

1)            Click on view menu

2)            Click on Grids

3)            Click on show

·      Guide line :- To show or hide the guide line from page.

Steps,

1)            Click on view menu

2)            Click on guide line

To insert the Ikar in Nepali font type

Steps,

1)            At first type Nepali font

2)            Click on Edit menu

3)            Click on Preference

4)            Preference windows will appear

5)            Click on Text tab button

6)            Remove the Smart Quotes check mark

7)            Finally click on ok button

To save the design file different design file format

Steps,

1)            At first design a file

2)            Click on file menu

3)            Click on Export

4)            Export windows will appear

5)            Type the file name any location with choose file format such as JPG or GIF etc.

6)            Finally click on ok button

·      Revert :- It is used to display only saving area of active document.

Steps,

1)            When you design           

2)            Click on file menu

3)            Click on Revert

Xtra operation toolbar

       This tool bar is used to change the drawing object shape different effects.

To show or hide the Xtra operation toolbar

Steps,

1)            Click on windows menu

2)            Click on toolbar

3)            Choose the Xtra operation of list

·      [  ] Factorize tool:- This tool is used to faction the drawing object different part according to click mouse.

Steps,

1)            At first draw the object

2)            Choose the factorize tool from toolbox

3)            Click the mouse in object area

·      [ ] Trap tool :- This tool is used to put the node sign at pointed area for resize.

1)            At first draw the object

2)            Choose the Trap tool from toolbox

·      [  ] Crop tool:- This tool is used to crop the over lapping area of selected object.

·      [  ] Expand stroke :- This tool is used to change the stroke size according to define value.

1)            At first choose the drawing object

2)            Click on Expand stroke tool

3)            A windows will appear

4)            Input the number of value in textbox

5)            Finally click on ok button

·      [  ] Union tool:- This tool is used to combine the more then one object in a object.

2)            Click on Union tool from toolbox

·      [  ] Divide tool:- This tool is used to divide the object.

2)            Click on Divide tool from toolbar

·      [] Punch tool:- This tool is used to display the only out of over lapping area.

1)            At first select the multi object

2)            Click on Punch tool from toolbox

·      [ ] Add points:- This tool is used to add the point at drawing object where you click mouse.

2)            Choose the add point tool from toolbox

3)            Click the mouse in object area

·      [  ] Emboss tool :- This tool is used to make the drawing object in shadow style for create button.

Steps,

1)            At first choose the drawing object

2)            Click on Emboss tool from toolbar

3)            Choose the style of box

4)            Finally click on ok button

·      [  ] Release to layer :- This tool is used to set the animation of text or object.

·      [  ] Blend tool:- this tool is used to blend the more then one object for make shape

 How to animation the text ?

Steps,

1)            At first type the text

2)            Select the text by using Arrow

3)            Click on text menu

4)            Click on Convert to path

5)            Again, Click on modify menu

6)            Click on Join

7)            Select the text block and paste another area

8)            After that, select the both text block

9)            Click on Xtras menu

10)    Click on Create

11)    Click on blend

12)    Again, click on Xtras menu

13)    Click on animation

14)    Click on Release to layer

15)    Release to layer windows will appear

16)    Choose the animation style from drop down button

17)    Click on ok button

18)    Click on Control menu

19)    Click on text movie

To stop animation

-       Press, Ctrl + W button for stop

How to animation the object ?

steps,

1)            At first draw the multi object and select

2)            Click on Xtras menu

3)            Click on create

4)            Click on blend

5)            Again, click on Xtras menu

6)            Click on animation

7)            Click on release to layer

8)            Release to layer windows will appear

9)            Choose the animation style from drop down button

10)    Click on ok button

11)    Click on control menu

12)    Click on test page

·      Import :- It is used to insert the photo in active page from any location.

Steps,

1)            Click on file menu

2)            Click on import

3)            Import windows will appear

4)            Choose the photo from any location

5)            Click on open

6)            Finally drag the mouse in page area

·      Export :- It is used to save the design file different  file format such as you save Photo file(.Jpg).

Steps,

1)            At first design a file

2)            Click on file menu

3)            Click on Export

4)            Export windows will appear

5)            Type the file name any location with choose file format.

6)            Finally click on save button

·      Print :- It is used to print the design file.

Steps,

1)            At first design a file

2)            Click on file menu

3)            Click on print

4)            Print windows will appear

5)            Choose the print option of box

6)            Finally click on ok button

·      Revert :- It is used to insert the previous save area of active page.

·      Paste inside:- It is used to paste the copied object or text inside the drawing object.

Steps,

1)            At first copy the text or object

2)            After that, choose the drawing object where you paste

3)            Click on edit menu

4)            Click on Paste inside
